Please send registration fee indicated below for the division and tournament you wish to enter.
You may also prepay the entry fee for your convenience.
Please indicate the starting time for your entry in the Super Jackpot and Limited Jackpot.
Players arriving after 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 16th must prepay all main tournament fees.
All fees paid at the tournament must be in cash.
